Strength. Power. Energy.

Strength. Power. Energy.

Hi Reader

I want to try something different in this email, because of a conversation I keep having with myself about how women actually want to be spoken to.

Nobody wants to be told they're tired, stressed, and in need of rest. You already know that about yourself. Being told again just makes you want to prove it wrong by pushing harder. I do it too.

So instead, I want to start with what Active Shakti actually means. Not the vibe of the name. The translation.

Strength. Power. Energy.

Strength is the capacity to handle the volume of your actual life, not just the training. The ups and downs, the demands that don't show up on a training plan.

Energy is being able to sustain it toward what you actually want, and protect it, rather than spend all of it before the day has properly started.

Power is walking into a room and feeling confident, bold, focused, and being able to hold that when it matters most, not just flash it for a moment under pressure.

That is the full picture I am training towards with every woman I work with. Not one of these at the expense of the others. All three, together, in a body that has the capacity to hold them without bracing. We 'activate' their Shakti.

The how of it is Train Smart, Recover Deeply, Perform Better. But that comes second. The feeling comes first, because that is the order it actually works in.

Grounded, specific, and built from real coaching work, not generic advice. Training strategy, nervous system regulation, and cycle-aware performance, drawn from 14 years working with women who do not want to slow down. They want to work with their body instead of overriding it.

ARE YOU SICK too? ACTIVE SHAKTI WEBSITE Hi Reader Have you ever dragged yourself to the end of a massively stressful week, finally allowed yourself to stop, and immediately woken up sick? You spend your weeks in a state of sympathetic dominance. This is your body’s survival mode. Because your brain perceives your daily schedule as a threat, it pumps your system full of cortisol and adrenaline. This acts as an invisible grip. It artificially boosts your immune system and suppresses...

What happens between sessions. Hi Reader I Something I've been sitting with for a while: the work doesn't actually happen on the day you train. It happens in the eleven days after, when nobody's watching and the plan meets your actual life. Most women don't need more information. They need something that holds them accountable between the sessions, without turning training into one more thing to manage on their own. That's the part that's usually missing. Not motivation. Not knowledge. A...
